The Foundation "Ulyanovsk - the Capital of Culture" has become the coordinator of international activities in the sphere of culture; on the territory of the Ulyanovsk region since 2015. These activities are included the following areas:
- monitoring of international events that are potentially interesting to participate;
- maintaining a register of existing and potential international partners Ulyanovsk region in the sphere of culture; (currently it includes more than 60 international organizations);
- the participation in the international grant competitions;
- the implementation of the international projects in the sphere of culture;, in cooperation with the partners;
- the integration of the international dimension in the major events which held in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region;
- active cooperation and support of friendly contacts with our existing international partners;
- working with the regional state cultural institutions and other agencies.
